About our Beef
At the family owned and operated 2S Ranch we are strongly committed to good stewardship of the land and the humane treatment of our animals. We produce grass-fed and grass-finished beef. Our black angus bulls and cross-bred heifers eat grass in open pastures daily and they are never given any hormones, corn, grains or steroids. We even bale our own hay so that we know that the hay we are giving to our cows is truly organic without pesticides.
Our grass-feed and grass-finished beef is USDA certified and we are also "Beef Quality Assurance" certified.
Once our beef is processed it is aged for at least 10-14 days to ensure that it is tender and flavorful. All of our beef cuts are doubled wrapped and vacuum sealed before they are hard frozen.
