Murph Challenge

This past weekend, The Provision House helped host the Memorial Day Weekend Murph workout at Strong Fitness Dallas. We enjoyed getting to meet their athletes, as well as introduce many of them to our grass-fed/ finished beef. We are looking forward to more events together!

Murph Challenge: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run
