Yesterday we picked up beef from our processor in Malone, Texas. Once back in the city, we inventoried the beef cuts and updated The Provision House system for our online customers. Today we are packing & making shipments along with making local retail home deliveries and large wholesale deliveries. At the same time our ranch hand, Kevin, is manually repairing fences and putting out hay at the Pecos ranch getting ready to begin the restocking process with young heifers. Back in Palo Pinto, Fischer and Waylan are keeping an eye on our momma cows, who are dropping new calves on the ground daily. We have lots going on and are thankful for it all!
