A Moveable Feast- Part 2

Eight friends talking politics, world events, children, grandchildren, pets, local events, investments, travels, and of course planning our next Moveable Feast. All of this while being served by 2 Fit Chefs. The ambiance of the evening was hard to beat.  While we laughed and told stories the 2 Fit Chefs were busy in the kitchen.

Our Chefs specialize in sourcing as many of the ingredients for their dinners from local farmers/ranchers.  They prefer cooking with local, organic foods including pasture-raised and grass-fed meats.  Ben and Sarah are both trained chefs and Sarah is a dietitian.

For our Moveable Feast the 2 Fit Chefs served:
Appetizers: Holleman Farms bacon wrapped dates stuffed with cinnamon goat cheese.

Salad: A fresh green salad drizzled with Sarah's salad dressing.

Main course: Braised 2S Ranch grass fed/finished short ribs with parsnip and potato puree served with a side of roasted brussels sprouts.

Dessert: Whiskey spiked chocolate pot de creme topped with fresh whipped cream and Weismann House Toffee from The Provision House.

As for the wine selection:  A photo is worth a thousand words.  

As for as the fellowship:  Priceless.
