The Dark Cutter

There's a problem that tends to plague many ranchers, and it's called a dark cutter. This happens when fear causes adrenaline to pump through the cattle. The rush of adrenaline causes the beef to be tough and have an iron taste. If the rancher intends to produce beef that is flavorful and tender, then the rancher must find a way to keep his cattle content and calm.
