Cowboy's Smoothie

This little cowboy loves making "smoooovies" (aka smoothies) after his afternoon nap. Here is his own little recipe that he loves to make... in his own words "this tasty!"

1. A small handful of frozen organic mangos, strawberries and blueberries.
2. Half a banana
3. Coconut milk
4. Small spoon of mesquite powder
5. Small squirt of local, raw honey
6. Elderberry Syrup (helps boost your immune system)
